South Sudan politics is shaped by Wars driven by internal dynamics(discontent,marginalization, underdevelopment etc)..these internal PRESSURE usually translates into rebellions. But such military forces have never been enough to regain peace. So external PRESSURE has always pushed the pendulum to peace, again a transitional peace. Peace does not last because the external pressures are usually temporary, not applied long enough to activate non-violent forces in the country.
